Terms and Conditions – Basic QR Memorial Package

(Digital-Only QR Code with YouTube Link)

By placing an order for our Basic QR Memorial Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Description

This package includes the creation and delivery of a digital QR code (image format) which links to a memorial video or photo slideshow hosted on YouTube. This QR code can be printed, shared, or embedded in digital materials.

2. Content Submission

Clients must provide all necessary photos, videos, and details (e.g., full name, dates, short messages) to be featured in the memorial.

Ensure that all submitted materials are final. We are not liable for errors or omissions in client-provided content.

3. YouTube Hosting

The final video or slideshow will be hosted on YouTube through our official channel. It will be uploaded as Unlisted unless the client requests otherwise.

One (1) removal or replacement request is allowed free of charge. Additional edits or uploads may incur fees.

4. Design and Approval

You will receive a preview of the video and QR code for approval before final delivery.

One (1) round of revision is included. Additional revisions may require a fee.

5. Delivery

A digital QR code file (PNG or PDF) and the YouTube link will be sent to you via email within 2–4 business days after final approval.

No physical item will be shipped under this package.

6. Limitations

The QR code links to external YouTube-hosted content. We are not responsible for platform-related issues such as outages or content restrictions by YouTube.

This package does not include any physical QR plaque or printed materials.

7. Privacy

All videos are uploaded as publicly, unless you request it to be private.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once production or editing has begun, refunds are no longer available unless the delay or error is on our part.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Please double-check all names, messages, and dates before submitting.

Stay attentive to your email or mobile notifications for updates or approval requests to avoid processing delays.
